Question: i downloaded driver robot and it loaded in a chipset i extracted the files as told and right clicked the setup?
and theres nothing saying download driver so basically driver robot is downloaded but not installed can someone walk me thru it im a idiot ill talk back and forth at bakerbaker53@yahoo.com

i know you can download them for free but when you click to download the drivers you need you have to pay.I just bought this laptop so i am out of money lol..but now i can’t get a lot of drivers i need.I would like a program that does it for me.Thanks for all your help

Software like this force you to visit their website & the site contains driver database which they are not frequently updated. & also the driver software was not digitally signed by Windows (Most cases). I had a warning that some of my drivers are out of date from Driver Robot. I don’t remember it being installed on my computer but when I checked programs it is listed. My computer is new. December 2009. I’ve never received this warning before. What should I do? Thanks.

Question: Driver Robot crashed my computer. Does anyone know how I get it back?
Used Driver Robot to update drivers on my computer running Win XP. The program updated drivers and crashed the machine. Can’t get it to come up now. Can I reinstall Win XP and recover the machine? Will I lose all programs and files reinstalling Windows? Then have to go to each website to get the drivers?
No the computer can’t be started in Safe Mode, already tried that. XP starts to load then it crashes.
